Item Changing professional roles in academic libraries: Structures and relationships(2015) James, Norene; Shamchuk, Lisa; Koch, Katherine; Laplante, DenisInvestigators conducted a survey in February 2014 that captured perceptions from library technicians and librarians across Canada about the changing roles and dynamics of work relationships. Focused on results from the academic library sector, this paper will share how work responsibilities, professional roles, and relationships between the professions are perceived to be changing.
